Karen Goodman

Karen Goodman is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as SVP of Commercial Sales and Shared Services at Palo Alto Networks, Karen oversees US Commercial Sales, North America Renewals, and North America Business Development. Previously, at NetApp, responsibilities included leading global business units for Commercial Sales, Business Development, and Learning Services, with expanded roles throughout the tenure. Karen's career at Microsoft spanned several leadership positions, culminating as US Chief Transformation Officer, with multiple promotions and recognitions for outstanding performance. Earlier experiences include key roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Blackbaud, where Karen was recognized for contributions to team success. Karen holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and a BS in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
