Liz Isom

Liz Isom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer services operations and business strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Services Operations at Palo Alto Networks since June 2023, Liz Isom previously held various senior leadership roles at VMware from April 2005 to July 2023, including Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy, Planning and Business Operations. Additionally, Liz Isom was a member of Chief, starting in September 2022. Prior to VMware, Liz Isom worked as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at Burr Pilger Mayer from January 2003 to March 2005. Liz Isom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2002.
