Vara Srinivasan

Vara Srinivasan is a seasoned finance and operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Finance, Operations & People Technology at Palo Alto Networks since August 2022. Prior to this role, Vara held the position of Executive Vice President, Strategy & Solutions at Decision Minds from 2021 to August 2022 and worked at Gilead Sciences as Program Leader for Finance Transformation from November 2018 to July 2020. Vara’s extensive experience at eBay Inc spanned over a decade, during which time Vara held multiple leadership roles including Director of Finance Transformation and Head of Global PMO for Customer Experience Programs. Earlier career milestones include roles at Altera Corporation, Brocade Communications, and Cisco Systems, where Vara focused on business systems, enterprise architecture, and project management. Vara holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
