Vinay Patel

Vinay Patel is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience across multiple leading technology companies. Currently employed at HG Insights since May 2023, Vinay previously played a pivotal role at SoFi from March 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included building digital marketing pipelines and developing attribution tools for marketing campaigns. Prior to SoFi, Vinay served as Lead Engineer at Amobee, managing a private API platform that facilitated over 250,000 API requests daily, utilizing SpringBoot and Kubernetes. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer position at Cisco, focusing on Enterprise DataScience Services, and a Software Development Intern role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where automation testing was a key responsibility. Vinay’s career also features consultancy work in web development for East Bay Regional Park District and internships focused on web and mobile development.
