Timothy Myles

Timothy Myles is a highly experienced scientific researcher with a strong background in protein sciences and biochemistry. Currently serving as a Scientific Researcher at Palo Alto Veterans Institute for Research since May 2023, Timothy has held several leadership positions in notable organizations, including Director of Protein Sciences at IGM Biosciences, Inc., and Director of Protein Engineering at Catalyst Biosciences. Timothy's extensive experience includes pivotal roles in hematology research at Bayer HealthCare and significant contributions to drug development through biophysical characterization at Perseid Therapeutics. Timothy earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge and holds a Master's degree in Cell Biology from The University of Auckland, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Otago.
