Felix Wai

Felix Wai has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Felix started their career in 2007 as a QA Tester at Krome Studios and later worked as a Scrum Master/Producer at Interzone Games. In 2010, they were a Product Owner/Producer at Stirfire Studios and also served as a Customer Service Manager at Perth Web Design. From 2013 to 2014, Felix worked as a Scrum Master at Hungry Sky. Felix then joined Bankwest in 2014 as an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master, focusing on delivering projects and building high-performing teams. In 2017, they became an Agile Coach/Scrum Master at Synergy, introducing new working methods and leading teams within the Business Intelligence Program. Currently, Felix is working at PALO IT since 2019, where they are the Head of Product Strategy & Delivery, responsible for overseeing operations, leading a team, and managing client engagements.

Felix Wai attended Rossmoyne Senior High School from 1995 to 2000. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Games Technology and Design at Murdoch University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Felix holds certifications such as Certified LeSS Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, ICAgile Authorised Instructor, and ICAgile Certified Professional.
