Justine Delaunois

People & Culture Director - Americas at PALO IT

Justine Delaunois has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Justine began their career at ANACEJ, where they served as a Youth National Advisor for three years, supporting the development of Children and Youth City Councils in France. Justine then worked as a Cultural Event Manager at Sciences Po Paris, organizing and leading a cultural week for exchange students. Justine also worked as a Partnership Manager at Looking for Talents, where they developed recruitment methods and practices for students and companies.

Their experience in the HR field includes roles at L'Oréal, where they served as a Human Resources Recruiter, Induction & Learning Manager for Luxury Products, and Human Resources Business Partner for L'Oréal Professional Products. Justine played an instrumental role in implementing strategic HR initiatives and overseeing recruitment processes.

Justine has also worked as an intern at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, where they handled internal and external communication for the student forum, and at Bio c' Bon, where they worked as a Project Manager to implement new recruitment methods for the organic supermarket chain.

Prior to their current role, Justine worked at Asociación Mexicana de Venta Online "AMVO" as an HR Strategy Consultant, helping develop HR strategies for the organization. Justine also held positions at Village Capital, serving as a Program Associate for Food, Agriculture & Climate Change, as well as an Innovation Associate.

Currently, Justine is the People & Culture Director for the Americas at PALO IT, an international consultancy specializing in Human-Centered Design and Agile Software Development. Justine works with a diverse team of consultants across multiple countries, helping clients disrupt their industries and successfully undergo digital transformations.

Justine Delaunois completed their education with a Master 2 (M2) degree in Political Sciences, specializing in Human Resources from Sciences Po, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Justine also had the opportunity to study Latin American History, Law & Culture as an exchange student at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Justine completed their secondary education at Highschool St Paul, earning a Baccalauréat scientific with a specialization in Physical Sciences between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, Justine has obtained certifications in Basics of Coding from SheCodes and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in 2021.
