Mark Boehm has a diverse range of experience, starting in 2011 at the company Folk where they worked as a User Experience Designer and later as a Digital Producer. Mark then joined Tigerspike as a User Experience Designer, where they took on the role of UX lead for two large enterprise projects. From there, they worked at Westpac as a Senior CX Designer, collaborating with product managers and developers to improve their online and mobile banking platforms. Mark'smost recent role was as the Head of Design and Strategy at PALO IT, where they led a team of designers and researchers to create technology that brings value to clients and their organizations.
Mark Boehm graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Psychology in 2008. In 2013, they attended General Assembly to study Front-end Web Development. Mark has also obtained several additional certifications, including a d.MBA in Business Strategy and Design from d.MBA in 2021, Professional Scrum with User Experience I from Scrum.org in 2020, Practitioner of Human-Centred Design from LUMA Institute in 2019, Professional Scrum Developer from Scrum.org in 2019, and ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in 2018.
