Sasikate S. started their work experience as a Student Intern at the Asian Institute of Technology in 2008. They then worked as a Java Developer at Tri Petch IT Solutions Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2012, where they developed web-based enterprise resource planning software and analyzed business requirements for a software vendor.

From 2012 to 2017, Sasikate worked at ABC Tech Ltd., first as a Test Automation Engineer where they set up test automation for responsive websites and then as a Front-End Developer where they designed and implemented responsive websites and frontend component libraries.

In 2017, they joined Telenor Digital Asia as a Test Automation Engineer and Senior QA, and in 2019, they worked at The LivingOS Co., Ltd. as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, where they gathered and analyzed business and technical requirements and managed the product backlog for a SCRUM cross-functional team.

Sasikate's next role was as a Product Owner at Tourkrub.com in 2019, followed by a brief stint as a Product Manager at Ascend Group in 2020.

From 2020 to 2023, Sasikate worked as a Technical Product Manager at Nimble, managing multifaceted projects with complex requirements and sensitive information.

Currently, Sasikate is working as an Agile Delivery Lead - Engagement Manager at PALO IT since May 2023. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery and act as a strategic liaison between client stakeholders, the project team, and the leadership team at PALO IT.

Sasikate S. completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Software Development from Chulalongkorn University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from Thammasat University, graduating between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Healing with the Arts" and "Getting started with Flutter Development" from Coursera, "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation" and "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Product Ownership" from ICAgile, and "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" from Amazon Web Services (AWS). They also completed a course on "What is Social?", for which they obtained a certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in 2015.
