Han Sheng Chin

Han Sheng Chin has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Han Sheng served as a Partner and CTO at Paloe, where they focused on developing in-house tech capabilities and implemented the Scrum process. During their time at Paloe, they played a key role in the launch of Overture, a startup investor management platform.

Han Sheng Chin also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Nocturn, the digital arm of Paloe, where they built digital products and upgraded existing systems to meet business needs.

Earlier in their career, they were a Full Stack Engineer at Carro Singapore, where they played a crucial role in scaling the Carro platform and implementing a new front-end mobile experience. Han Sheng also gained experience as a Senior Web Developer at Tinkerbox Studios, where they worked on various projects and helped launch web platforms for more than 20 startups.

Prior to that, Han Sheng Chin worked as a Web Developer at Singapore Press Holdings, where they played a major role in the revamp of multiple verticals and was involved in developing APIs for mobile apps.

Han Sheng Chin completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from McGill University from 2007 to 2010. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a NICF Diploma in Infocomm Sales and Marketing from Lithan Hall Academy. Han Sheng also attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 2003 to 2004, where they completed their GCE 'A' Levels in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Moreover, they obtained additional certifications as a Registered Management Consultant from the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) in April 2021 and as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2018.
