Yifat Licht

Yifat Licht has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and recruitment. Since 2020, Yifat has been working as the Vice President of Human Resources at PALRAM Industries. Prior to this role, Yifat held positions at Palram Industries, Ltd., starting in 2005 as a Compensation Benefits Specialist and later becoming the HR Manager for Palram Israel. In these roles, Yifat was responsible for building infrastructure for human resources in public organizations, staffing and recruitment, and managing welfare processes and programs. Before joining Palram Industries, Yifat worked in HR at Palram Israel from 2003 to 2004. Yifat also has experience outside of the HR field, having served as a Branch Manager at Toys R Us Israel from 2000 to 2002.

Yifat Licht obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Haifa from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed an Associates Degree in Mediation at Gevim from 2014 to 2015. In 2008 to 2009, Yifat attended Tel Aviv University where they earned an MA degree in HR. Their educational journey began back in 1993, when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they completed in 1996.
