Heather Deerfield

Heather Deerfield currently serves as Program Director at PALS Chrysalis Health, a position held since August 2023. With a robust background in program management and education, Heather previously directed programs at Front Porch Communities & Services, successfully managing a $475K budget and implementing effective staff training as a Master Trainer. As a classroom teacher specializing in choral and music education, Heather enhanced learning outcomes through a blended learning approach. Early career experiences include roles at the Frederick County Health Department, where Heather elevated awareness of smoking-related diseases, and at Village Dinner Theatre, where efforts led to increased customer satisfaction and financial growth.
