Henrik Linderberg

Henrik Linderberg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Henrik is currently working as the Commercial Development Director at Palsgaard A/S, a position they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director at Danish Crown from September 2021 to June 2023, where they focused on developing Commercial Excellence capabilities.

Henrik also worked at Arla Foods Ingredients as the Head of Commercial Excellence from June 2016 to August 2021, where they were responsible for implementing and driving growth strategies.

Before that, Henrik held various positions at Arla Foods amba, including Category Director, Food Service from January 2014 to May 2016, and Senior Project Manager from August 2012 to December 2013.

Henrik briefly served as the CEO at Prinfo Denmark in 2012, where they aimed to build profitable customer relationships and increase brand awareness.

Henrik also worked as the Head of Business Development at Brightside from July 2011 to March 2012.

Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Marketing at Better Place Denmark from February 2009 to July 2011, where they played a key role in creating a business plan for an electric car network and service company in Denmark.

Before that, Henrik had their own business, Brightside, where they served as the Owner/Director from June 1991 to February 2009.

Henrik also had a brief stint at Microsoft Nordic as an Interim Nordic Marketing Manager from September 1997 to December 1998, where they worked on online and offline campaigns and television commercials.

Henrik Linderberg completed their education at various institutions. Henrik began their education at Marselisborg Gymnasium from 1978 to 1981, where they earned a degree in Mat. Fys. Henrik further pursued their studies at Handelshøjskolen Aarhus from 1984 to 1986, obtaining a degree in HD (A) 1. del with a focus on Marketing. In 2014, they attended the London Business School and completed the Arla Leadership Training. Finally, in 2017, they enrolled in Scandinavian Leadership to earn a LOTS Coach certification.
