Maiken Bøtker Lorensen

Maiken Bøtker Lorensen has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Maiken started their career as an HR secretary at Palsgaard A/S from September 2004 to April 2008. In May 2009, they became the Global Human Resources Director at the same company, a position they currently hold. Maiken is actively involved in the industry, serving as a Member of DI Process Industry's Education Policy Committee since May 2009. Maiken founded Rideudstyr.com in January 2000, a company that sold equestrian equipment both in-store and online. The business was later sold in 2004. Maiken has held other positions such as Membership Representative and Chairman of the Board at Palsgaard Fondet, a Board Member at Insero Group, a Membership Representative and Member of the Election Board at Velliv Foreningen, a Board Member at Juelsminde Erhvervsforening, and a Bank Committee member at Spar Nord. Maiken also became a Board Member at Velliv in March 2020.

Maiken Bøtker Lorensen completed a Bestyrelsesuddannelse in Pension og forsikring at Copenhagen Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Board Education from Forsikringsakademiet in 2020. In 2009 to 2011, they completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management at VIA University College, and from 2007 to 2009, they earned a Bachelor of leadership in HRM Akademi from IBC International Business College. In addition to their formal education, Maiken Bøtker Lorensen has obtained several certifications, including GIA Practitioner from Thomas International in 2019, DiSC - PPA Practitioner from Thomas International in 2018, and Everything DiSC from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2014.
