Ben Johnston

Ben Johnston is an experienced HR leader with a significant tenure at The Coca-Cola Company since September 2005, currently serving as the Global SVP People & Culture for Africa, Middle East, and APAC. Ben has held multiple pivotal roles, including Vice President HR for Latin America, where a future-focused approach to culture and organization design was implemented, and various global HR director positions overseeing finance, technical operations, and supply chain management. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Ben held leadership roles at Accenture and Arthur Andersen, emphasizing recruitment and leadership development. Ben's educational background includes a degree in Classical Civilisation from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellington College.
