Luka Hrboka

Luka Hrboka has a diverse work experience in the shipyard industry. Luka started their career at Viktor Lenac Shipyard in 2009, where they held various roles including Head of Sales, Ship Repair Sales Manager and Estimator, and Marketing and Sales. In 2012, they became the Owner of Solus. Currently, they are the Group Head of Sales at Palumbo Shipyards since 2020.

From 2012 to 2014, Luka Hrboka pursued a Master's Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Rijeka. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2008, they studied Foreign Economics and Trade at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka, where they obtained a Mag.Oec degree. Luka Hrboka's education history also includes their attendance at SMSI Liceo Scientifico-Matematico Fiume from 1998 to 2002, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are not provided. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Basic Training Certificate STCW VI/1 from the Republic of Croatia's Ministry of Maritime affairs, transportation and infrastructure in December 2012. In addition, they completed the ISO 9001:2008 Added Value Auditing Training Course at BUREAU VERITAS in July 2011. Luka Hrboka also obtained a certification in the software "SWING Process Manager" from SWING Informatika d.o.o, in July 2011. Lastly, in August 2009, they obtained a boat skipper Category C certification from the Republic of Croatia's Ministry of Maritime affairs, transportation and infrastructure.
