Veli-Pekka Ruotsila

Veli-Pekka Ruotsila has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at Palvelualojen ammattiliitto PAM ry. since November 2019. Previously, Veli-Pekka held the position of IT Manager at Työllisyysrahasto from January to August 2019 and served as CIO at Koulutusrahasto, where Veli-Pekka initially worked as a System Specialist/Project Manager from January 2011 to December 2018.
