Amber Encinias

Amber Encinias has extensive experience in various roles related to strategic initiatives, business development, and healthcare. Amber most recently served as the Regional Vice President of Strategy at Voyages Behavioral Health. Prior to that, they held positions such as Regional Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Strategic Initiatives and Integration at PAM Health. Amber also has experience in hospice consulting, business development, and operations management. Amber has a strong background in creating and implementing strategies, managing teams, and cultivating business relationships.

Amber Encinias attended Colorado Christian University in 2003, where they studied Worldview and Theology Studies, as well as Theology and Music Studies. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Developing Your Team Members" and "Strategies for Outlearning the Competition" from LinkedIn in 2020.
