Dhaval Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dhaval is currently serving as the National ID Director & Regional CMO at PAM Health since April 2023. Prior to this, they were an Anchor Investor at Sambalatte Roastery from October 2018 to April 2020. Dhaval also worked as the Chief Of Staff at Post Acute Medical from July 2017 to March 2020 and as the Owner & CEO at Horizon Ridge Colonial LLC from July 2015 to March 2020. Dhaval Shah has extensive experience in the medical field, having held positions such as Professor of Infectious Diseases at Touro University Nevada from July 2010 to March 2020 and Director Of Infectious Diseases & faculty of Internal Medicine Residency Program at Mountain View Hospital from July 2015 to January 2020. Dhaval is also the Owner & Founder of CIDS, a multi-specialty medical practice that they established in August 2009 and ran until March 2020. Additionally, Dhaval Shah has served as the President of NAPI - Nevada Association Physician Of Indian Origin from December 2016 to December 2019. Dhaval was also the President of MMLabs from July 2015 to December 2019 and the Principal Owner of Dynamic Urgent & Family Care from December 2016 to December 2018.

Dhaval Shah completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Internal Medicine Residency Program at North Shore-LIJ University, NY from 2003 to 2005. Dhaval then pursued an Infectious Disease Residency Program at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 2005 to 2007, earning their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
