Executive Vice President And President Of Hospital Operations at PAM Health

Jason Carter has a vast work experience in the healthcare industry. Jason began their career as the Director of Rehabilitation at Warm Springs Specialty Hospital at Luling in 2004. Jason then progressed to become the CEO at the same hospital from February 2011 to December 2011. Later, they served as the CEO at Warm Springs Specialty Hospital from December 2011 to December 2012. Jason then took on the position of CEO at Warm Springs Specialty Hospital at Luling from December 2012 to August 2013.

In 2013, Jason joined Post Acute Medical as the Regional Vice President of Operations, where they oversaw a division of 8 hospitals. From November 2015 onwards, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and eventually became the President of Hospital Operations in June 2018. Throughout their time at Post Acute Medical, Jason successfully managed several acquisitions and a new startup.

Jason Carter earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from Southwest Texas State University between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from Texas State University, which they completed from 1992 to 1997. Jason also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence Speech Language Pathologist from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
