Kathryn Klick

Kathryn Klick has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to present. Kathryn started their career as a Social Worker at Mt. City Nursing and Rehab Center in 2002 and later joined Greater Hazleton Health Alliance, where they worked as a Discharge Planner/Social Worker for six years. In 2012, they joined Reliant Senior Care as the Director Of Admissions/Director of Social Services and then transitioned to the role of Care Transition Coordinator. In 2014, they became the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Carbondale Health and Rehab Center/Pioneer Outpatient Rehab Services. Currently, Kathryn works at PAM Health, where they started as a Case Manager/Clinical Navigator and was later promoted to the role of Clinical Navigator. In 2019, they took on the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at PAM Health.

Kathryn Klick completed their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in Social Work / Addictions Counseling at Misericordia University from 1998 to 2002.
