Kevin Kahl

Kevin Kahl, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin is currently the Vice President of Employee Experience at PAM Health since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Team Performance at PAM Health from December 2018 to May 2022.

Before joining PAM Health, Kevin worked at the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company. Kevin held the position of Manager Organizational Development from January 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Training and Development Manager from September 2015 to January 2017. Kevin initially started at the company as a Recreation Coordinator from June 2014 to August 2015.

Before joining the private sector, Kevin worked at the Governor Mifflin School District as an Aquatics Director and 5th and 6th Grade Physical Education Teacher from August 2009 to August 2014. Prior to that, they held the role of Band Director/High School Math Teacher at the Schuylkill Haven Area School District from December 2008 to August 2009.

Kevin Kahl, Ph.D., obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in I/O Business Psychology from The Chicago School in 2023. Before that, they completed their Master's degree in Training and Development at Penn State University in 2017. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Penn State University, which they achieved from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their academic degrees, Kevin also holds various certifications in areas such as leadership, coaching, instruction, and safety. Some of these certifications include Certified Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in 2017, Management of Aggressive Behavior Instructor from MOAB Training International, Inc. in 2016, and Lifeguard Instructor from Ellis and Associates, Inc. in 2015.
