Marcy Frisina

Marcy Frisina has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in leadership roles. Marcy'smost recent job was as the Director of Quality at PAM Health, starting in November 2023. Before that, they worked at the Florida Department of Children and Families as a Hospital Administrator/CEO from May 2022 to November 2023, and as the Chief Nursing Officer/CNO from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Nursing Officer/CNO at both South Bay Hospital from October 2017 to January 2021, and Fawcett Memorial Hospital from November 2014 to October 2017. Marcy also worked at Ocala Regional Medical Center/HCA as an Associate Chief Nursing Officer/CNODP from June 2012 to November 2014, Vice President of Cardiovascular Services from January 2012 to June 2014, and Assistant VP of Cardiovascular Services from August 2011 to January 2012. Additionally, they have held various leadership positions at Citrus Memorial Health System, Lake City Medical Center/HCA, Tampa General Hospital, and CVPH Medical Center throughout their career.

Marcy Frisina holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nursing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1990 to 1994. Marcy also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Clinton Community College from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, Marcy Frisina completed a 1-year Certificate in Marketing & Retailing from Albany Business College in 1987. Marcy has also obtained an Adult Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in April 2022.
