Richard Gonzalez

Richard Gonzalez has worked in various healthcare and medical-related roles throughout their career. Richard started in 2013 as an LVN at Southwest Asthma and Allergy Associates, where they worked until 2015. Richard then moved on to Sealy ER, where they also served as an LVN from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, Richard joined Home Health Professionals as an LVN before transitioning to Encompass Health and HealthSouth in 2017. At these two companies, they held roles such as Clinical Liaison, Rehabilitation Liaison, and Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison until 2020. In the same year, Richard joined Ameristep Prosthetics as an Account Executive before later moving to Warm Springs as a Clinical Navigator. Richard is currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Integration at PAM Health, starting in 2023.

Richard Gonzalez attended Galen College of Nursing and studied Nursing. Richard obtained certifications in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association in November 2015 and August 2015, respectively.
