Tonya Brown RN MSN BSN CMSRN has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tonya began their career at CHI St. Luke's Health, where they worked as a Nurse Manager from March 2008 to January 2012. Tonya then assumed the role of Director of Medical Surgical Nursing from January 2012 to October 2016. In October 2016, Tonya joined PAM Health as the Chief Clinical Officer, where they served until August 2021. Tonya then moved on to become the Regional Director of Clinical Services from August 2021 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director at PAM Health.

Tonya Brown has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University, obtained in 1998. Tonya also holds a Masters of Science in Nursing from Capella University. Additionally, they have obtained the CMSRN certification. In 2023, they will complete the Honor to Lead Program at PAM Health.
