Mr. Christhilf joined Pamlico Capital in 2003. As Partner & Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Christhilf has responsibility for Pamlico’s human capital, information technology, portfolio monitoring, marketing and certain fund administration functions. Mr. Christhilf became Chief Operating Officer of Pamlico in 2018 after 15 years of working as part of the investment team.

Mr. Christhilf currently sits on the Board of Directors of VRI. Representative prior boards include ATX Networks, Bell Sports, CPG International, Crosman Group, GreatAmerica Leasing, Securadyne Systems, Service Express, Inc., TekLinks and World 50. Mr. Christhilf also serves on the board of Crisis Assistance Ministry in Charlotte, NC.

Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Mr. Christhilf was an Associate in the Leveraged Capital Group at Wachovia Corporation, providing one-stop senior and mezzanine debt financing. Prior to that, Mr. Christhilf was an Analyst in the Loan Syndications Group at First Union National Bank. Mr. Christhilf received a BS degree with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University, and subsequently earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
