Silvana Silveira

Silvana Silveira serves as the Head of International Business Development at Pampili since September 2016, focusing on analyzing market trends to devise business strategies that enhance existing partnerships and penetrate new markets while overseeing export processes in compliance with each country's regulations. Previously, Silvana worked as an Export Trader at Dakota Calçados from January 2015 to August 2016, where efforts were concentrated on establishing and maintaining international partnerships in the Middle East and Africa. Silvana's earlier experience includes a tenure at Pampili from 2003 to 2014 as an International Sales Supervisor, managing partnerships across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America, along with export and import coordination. Silvana began the career at Klin Produtos Infantis as an export assistant from 1997 to 1999, overseeing various export processes. Silvana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Trade from Fundação Educacional Araçatuba and additional educational credentials from institutions such as ESPM, Fundação Dom Cabral, and Miami Ad School Brasil.
