Nkosinathi Dlamini

Nkosinathi Dlamini possesses extensive experience in metallurgical engineering and process safety, currently serving as General Metallurgical Foreman and Process Safety Specialist at Pan African Resources PLC since January 2023. Prior roles include Metallurgical Foreman at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited from April 2012 to January 2023, Metallurgical Foreman at Harmony Gold Mine from April 2011 to March 2012, and Metallurgical Trainee positions at Harmony Gold Mine and Exxaro Research & Development in early 2011. Nkosinathi holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology, earned in 2015, a National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering from the same institution completed in 2011, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Cape Town. Additional qualifications include a SAMTRAC-Mining Process Safety certificate and a safety certificate from NOSA.
