Barbara Bravo

Barbara Bravo has extensive work experience in various Human Resources roles. Barbara currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pan American Grain since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Labor & Employee Relation Manager at Panamerican Grain from 2017 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining a motivated workforce and ensuring high levels of job satisfaction for over 500 employees. Barbara also worked as an Employee Relation Manager at DIRECTV Puerto Rico from 2002 to 2016. Barbara managed various employee-related programs and recruitment activities for a company with 16 departments and over 600 employees. Before that, Barbara worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Pueblo International from 1987 to 2001, where they managed the HR program for the region, conducted interviews, and delivered training for new recruits.

Barbara Bravo earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Cayey, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Barbara further pursued their education at the Interamerican University, earning a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology between 1987 and 1989.
