Fernando Nieto

Fernando Nieto is an experienced legal and project management professional with a diverse background in international law, public-private partnerships, and business strategy. Currently serving at The World Bank in Project Management for Development since October 2016 and as a Senior Consultant at Grupo Invertir since January 2016, Fernando has focused on developing and monitoring commercial strategies for public infrastructure projects. Additionally, as a Legal Specialist for the Pan American Health Organization since 2015, responsibilities include advising on regulatory and economic aspects of medical product procurement in Latin America. Past roles include consulting for Banco de Crédito BCP and analyzing international and energy law at the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Fernando holds an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law from The George Washington University Law School, a Master's in Business Law from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and a Juris Doctor from Universidad de Piura.
