Pan Asia Footwear Public Company Limited is a holding company. It invests in companies engaged in the manufacture, distribution and export of footwear. Through its subsidiaries, it offers fashion and sports-related shoes under the brand names Nike, Marks & Spencer, Timberland, Scholl and Clarks, K-Swiss, Hummel, Pan and others. It also produces shoe materials and components, such as uppers, mid soles, out soles and unit soles. Its wholly owned subsidiary, WBLP Company Limited, is to produce bags and shoes. On August 11, 2014, it dissolved its subsidiary, namely Burirampanfootwear Company Limited.
