Srinivasan Nallathambi

Srinivasan Nallathambi has been in the professional field since 2010. Srinivasan started their career at CSI Software Pvt Ltd as a Senior Resource Executive, where they were involved in end-to-end recruitment activities for different clients. Srinivasan also handled sourcing and marketing activities to augment the candidate pipeline for volume recruitment and trained newly-hired talent acquisition members. In 2013, they moved to PAN Asia HR Solution Private Limited as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they handled end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to client interaction and deliverables, as well as trained newly-hired talent acquisition members. In 2015, they joined Scalene Works INC Deployed at HCL Technologies as a Senior Associate/Lead, where they had broad functional experiences in recruitment, resource management and client relationship management. Finally, in 2016, they moved to Pan Asia Resources as an Operations Manager, where they consulted and managed professional experiences including HR-Recruitment-Selling of Technologies, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Recruitment related documentation-Analysis-Sales-Operations and Trainer. Srinivasan also identified new leads, gave presentations and developed business strategies.

Srinivasan Nallathambi completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from Anna University between 2006 and 2010. Srinivasan also obtained a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Safety Officer 2 certification from ASPREC-MANALO OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH in April 2021.
