Joe Donofrio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joe currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Panacea Healthcare Solutions, where they lead sales, business development, and account management for major hospitals and health systems across the U.S. Prior to this, Joe was the Founder and CEO of Ravello Ventures, an advisory consultancy and angel investment firm that primarily focuses on sales and product management strategies for early-stage startups in healthcare, agritech, and technology.

Joe also has experience in the restaurant industry, having served as the Restaurant Owner and Chief Technology Officer at Bistro Aix. Additionally, they have contributed as a Board Member at My Own Meals Inc, a company that provides ready-to-eat meals for seniors.

In their previous role at Lumere, a GHX Company, Joe worked as a Product Manager and in Sales. Joe played a key role in the strategic vision, delivery, and commercialization of medical device analytics and measurement products, as well as led cross-functional teams to innovate and improve analytics strategies. Joe was also involved in Purple Arch Ventures, a venture capital firm that raises capital from Northwestern alumni and invests in alumni-led startups.

Prior to that, Joe served as the Head of Product at WAIV Talent Solutions, where they worked on proof of concept design and developed end-to-end app requirements and commercialization strategies. Joe also co-founded Ravello Rose Properties, LLC and served as the Chief Executive Officer.

Earlier in their career, Joe was a Senior Product Manager at Caremerge, focusing on strategizing, managing, scaling, and commercializing engagement and EHR/EMR B2B SaaS platforms. Joe played a key role in incorporating new technologies, integrating CRM and EHR systems, and developing enterprise data sharing and analytics services.

Joe began their career as a Product Manager at Spencer Stuart, where they gained valuable experience in product management. Overall, Joe Donofrio has a strong background in business development, startup advisory, sales, and product management across healthcare, technology, and other industries.

Joe Donofrio attended Northwestern University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Donofrio has also obtained several certifications. These include Startup Bootkamp Training from Startup Bootkamp in August 2019, WSET Wine Master Level 2 from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust in November 2018, PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in June 2014, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Accenture in June 2013, and Black Belt in Tae Kwon Doo in September 2003.
