Hicham A. is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Panago Pizza since January 2021, where responsibilities include reporting to the CEO. Previously, Hicham held key positions at MTY Food Group from 2014 to January 2021, including Regional Manager of Western Canada for the Asian QSR Division and District Operations Manager for several provinces. Earlier roles include Area Operations Manager at Manchu Wok, Catering Operations Manager at MED Katering, and Department Manager at MARJANE HOLDING. Hicham's career began at North Africa Bottling Company as an Assistant Production & Operations Manager. Hicham A. holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Vancouver Island University and a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire.
