David Essary

David Essary has a wide range of work experience in software engineering and research. David started their career as a Software Intern at Westinghouse Electric Company in 2007. David then joined the University of Pittsburgh as a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant from 2003 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Panasas as a Software Engineer and later became a Tech Lead. Their tenure at Panasas lasted until the present time.

David Essary received their Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999-2003. David later pursued a PhD in Computer Science at the same university from 2003-2011.
