Beena Pande

Beena Pande, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Project Management at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since August 2023, Beena previously held the position of Senior Software Development Manager at Ingram Micro from November 2022 to August 2023. Beena has a long tenure at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where from June 2008 to November 2022, the role evolved from Software Engineering Manager and IT Web Application Manager to include responsibilities for managing a web application team and enhancing over 50 web applications. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Systems Analyst at Option One Mortgage and Informative Research. Beena holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cal State Fullerton and advanced degrees in Computer Science from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
