Li Shen Tan

Li Shen Tan has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Director of Programme Management at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since November 2011. Prior roles at Panasonic included Regional Manager and Programme Manager. Li Shen contributed as a volunteer Project Manager for the Project Management Institute - Orange County Chapter in 2011 and founded the Leadership for Product Development Project Managers in Design group during the same period. Previous experience includes managerial roles in project management at Resorts World Sentosa and Singapore Airlines, involving significant projects in product development and design. Li Shen's early career included internships at 3M and Tata Steel Europe. Li Shen holds a Master of Engineering degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College London.
