Michael Swinehart

Michael Swinehart, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, overseeing finance operations for the inflight Wi-Fi and digital solutions sectors while leading a global finance team in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and accounting activities. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at Thales, where responsibilities included managing finance and accounting teams across various functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and overseeing tax matters. Michael's career also includes roles as a Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager at Thales, as well as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Boeing Company and a Financial Analyst at Northrop Grumman. Michael holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Irvine and a B.A. in Business Economics with a focus on Applied Statistics from the University of California, Riverside.
