Bill Weeks has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Bill started their career in the US Army as a Captain and served from December 1984 to July 1988. After leaving the army, Bill worked as a National Recruiter for Whittle Communications, where they recruited sales and service representatives and also spoke on behalf of The Edison Project.

In 1992, they joined Matsushita Electronic Components Corporation of America (ACOM) as a Personnel Specialist and later became a Personnel Supervisor, serving until April 2006. Bill then joined Panasonic Electronic Devices Corporation of America (PEDCA) as a Human Resources Manager from April 2006 to August 2010.

After working as a self-employed Human Resources Consultant from August 2010 to October 2011, Bill joined Vinylex Corp. as a Human Resources Manager from October 2011 to December 2013. Bill then moved to Panasonic Industrial Devices Corporation of America (PIDCA) as a Human Resources Manager, providing employment, compensation, development, employee relations, safety, and benefits administration until March 2016.

From April 2016 to date, Bill has been working at Panasonic Automotive Systems Company of America (PASA) as a Human Resources Business Partner, handling various HR responsibilities. Finally, in February 2017, they were promoted to the Director of Human Resources at Panasonic Energy Corporation of America.

Bill Weeks attended Wofford College from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
