Darina Cochrane

Darina Cochrane is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel and Transactions Manager at Panattoni since March 2021. Prior to this, Darina held various leadership roles at The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg from January 2017 to June 2021, including Chair and Vice Chair of the BCC Legal Group. Darina's legal career also includes positions as Counsel at PwC Legal Luxembourg, Senior Associate Lawyer and Corporate Lawyer at MNKS, and experience as an In-House Legal Advisor for the Australian Wheat Board. Educational credentials include a Professional Practice Course from the Law Society of Ireland and a BBLS (European) degree in Law and Business from University College Dublin, complemented by an Erasmus program in Germany. Darina specializes in international corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
