Charlie Hagmaier

Charlie Hagmaier serves as the Vice President of R&D and Engineering at Panavision since January 2020. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Plant Engineering Manager at The Okonite Company from October 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing facilities engineering, leading expansion projects totaling $60M, and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives with six direct reports. Charlie also has extensive experience in the film industry, having worked at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group from 2002 to 2013 and at Eastman Kodak Company from 1986 to 2002, where the focus was on product development and chemical film processing. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
