Robert Thompson

Robert Thompson has over a decade of experience in various healthcare organizations. Robert began their career as an Accounts Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services in 2006 and then served as an Account Executive at BAYADA Home Health Care from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they moved on to Bay Center Nursing and Rehabilitation, where they worked as an Admissions officer for a year. The following year, they joined Glen Cove Nursing Pavillion in the same role. Since 2013, Robert has been with PanCare of Florida, Inc., initially serving as Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

Robert Thompson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida in 2005. Robert later pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health from the University of West Florida, which they completed in 2018. In addition to their educational background, Robert also obtained a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in August 2017.
