Shante M. is an experienced Community Manager with a career spanning over a decade in the property management industry. At Panco Management Corporation since September 2012, Shante started as a Leasing Consultant in Silver Spring, Maryland, and consistently achieved annual promotions, culminating in the role of Property Manager in Alexandria, Virginia.
