Madison Silva

Madison Silva has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on constituent engagement and fundraising. Madison most recently worked as the Director of Constituent Engagement Operations at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, where they were responsible for building a strong volunteer base and improving patient outcomes. Prior to that, Madison held roles such as Regional Director, Senior Community Relationship Manager, and Community Relationship Manager within the same organization. Madison also has experience in event management, having worked as an Event Manager at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and as a Special Events Coordinator at the Downtown Long Beach Alliance. Madison has additional work experience as an Office Manager at Blue State Digital, an Operations Manager at Nona Lim, an Event Outreach Specialist at the American Cancer Society, and a Gallery Manager at Mr Musichead Gallery. Overall, Madison has a diverse background in nonprofit operations, event planning, and community engagement.

Madison Silva obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Contemporary Art History from California State University-Long Beach, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "The Manager's Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work" from the University of London in 2020.
