Aris Kleissas

Aris Kleissas has extensive work experience, starting as a Supervisor in Banking Operations at HSBC in 2000. Aris then moved on to roles such as Research & CRMS Manager and Product Manager, Assets at HSBC. In 2009, they became the Deputy Head of Operational Risk Management at HSBC, where they established the operational risk framework and oversaw all operational risks. After leaving HSBC in 2012, Aris joined Emporiki Bank as a Senior Risk Officer and Permanent Controller, responsible for implementing internal controls framework and conducting internal control reviews. In 2013, they joined Alpha Bank as an Assistant Manager in Wholesale NPL Management, where they worked on portfolio management and strategy for workout and permanent arrears portfolios. In 2018, Aris joined PQH as the Director and Head of Business Intelligence, leading teams in portfolio strategies and analytics. Aris is currently working at Pancreta Bank as the Senior Director of Business Strategy.

Aris Kleissas holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Banking from Athens University of Economics and Business, completed in 2014. Aris also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Technological Institute of Piraeus, obtained in 1997. In addition, they hold a High School Degree and Diploma in Accounting from TEL Ag. Paraskevis, Greece, acquired in 1992. Aris Kleissas has also obtained a certification in "Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future" from MIT Sloan School of Management, although the specific date of attainment is not provided.
