Bachir EL Baba is an experienced professional in the e-commerce and retail sectors with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Omni-Channel Operations at Panda Retail Company – Savola Group since October 2023, Bachir has previously held prominent roles at Majid Al Futtaim, including Head of E-Food Fulfillment UAE E-Commerce Operations and Department Head for E-Commerce and FMCG. Bachir's expertise includes optimizing fulfillment operations, managing merchandise flow, and implementing pricing strategies across the GCC. Earlier experience at MAF Carrefour and Grey Mackenzie Retail Lebanon encompassed various managerial roles, focusing on sales, operations, and team development.
