Aline KLECTHKA has extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. Aline currently holds the position of Head of Sales at Pandacola, ObjetRama, and Pépite by Promoplus, which they started in April 2022. Additionally, they work as a Professional Coach at Coaching Ways since May 2022.
Prior to their current roles, Aline worked at Circle Sportswear as a Senior Key Account Manager and Trade Marketing & Training Manager from September 2021 to March 2022. Aline was responsible for managing key accounts and developing trade marketing strategies.
Before that, Aline held several positions at Mars, starting as a Twix & Balisto Brand Manager Assistant at Mars Wrigley from July 2008 to July 2009. Aline then progressed to roles such as M&M's & Maltesers Brand Manager, Twix Brand Manager Assistant & Innovation, Out of Home Category Manager & E-commerce, National Key Account Manager & "click&collect" Category Manager, and finally Area Director. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of brand management, category strategy development, business development, and negotiation with major clients.
Aline's early work experience includes a seller internship at Décathlon France in 2005.
Aline KLECTHKA's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Lycée Alphonse Daudet Nîmes and pursued an Equivalence Licence in Hypokhâgne, Khâgne AL, which they completed in 2006. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they enrolled at KEDGE Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing. In 2009, Aline spent a semester abroad at The University of Alabama, where they focused on Marketing as well. Aline's recent educational pursuits include a professional coaching certification from Coaching Ways France, which they earned between 2021 and 2022. Additionally, during the same time period, they pursued a specialized MBA in Digital Strategy from Studi.
