Lauren Brusa has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. In their current role as the Director of Talent, Global Revenue and G&A at PandaDoc, they manage a team of HRBPs and Recruiters, partnering closely with the CRO, CFO, and their team on people strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Lead HR Business Partner, Global Revenue and G&A at PandaDoc, where they worked directly with the CRO and CFO to execute their people strategies and collaborated with Executive Sales Leadership on rate cards and comp plans. Before joining PandaDoc, Lauren worked at ReliaQuest as a Global People Business Partner, GTM. Lauren also had notable roles at Wipro Limited as a Sr. Manager of HRBP & Compensation and Benefits, Citi as an AVP and Senior HR Generalist, Publix Super Markets in various roles including Real Estate Accounting Specialist and Payroll Time and Retention Team Leader, and The Coca-Cola Company as a Payroll Administrator.
Lauren Brusa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University. Additionally, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
