Luis de Sousa

Luis de Sousa serves as the Group Lead of Design Operations at PandaDoc since February 2023, overseeing UX operations, research, and copywriting teams to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role in DesignOps at Dashlane where alignment between design and cross-functional departments was prioritized through improved practices, and a self-employed position as a product designer. Luis has also contributed to Tesco Bank as a service designer focusing on product development and internal redesigns, and worked with the Mercury Project at Tesco Bank and the Centre for Design Informatics on future FinTech solutions. Additional experience includes positions at Apple, Rettie & Co., and Fujitsu Global. Luis holds a Master of Arts in Design Informatics from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Design in Product Design from The Glasgow School of Art.
