Mikita Karaliou

Mikita Karaliou is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, currently working at PandaDoc since June 2019, where contributions include leading the Developer Experience team to enhance developer productivity and being instrumental in the design and implementation of critical product features. Previously, at EPAM Systems from February 2016 to June 2019, Mikita played a key role in the Platform team focused on Customer Experience Management solutions, processing over 18 billion documents. Earlier experience as a Software Engineer at Mediamara involved customizing projects through plugin development. Mikita earned a Specialist degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Gomel State University between 2012 and 2017.
